Plus we mix things up to keep your meals interesting... our CSA packs are like buying half a cow - except you dont get it all at once, you get it in installments, so every box is a bit different as you experience the entire set of cuts over time.

Premium grass-fed beef, delivered to your door in rotating selections of steaks, roasts, slow-cooker cuts, mince, and our signature sausages. No chemicals, no feedlots, no waste. Nose-to-tail beef from certified ecological farmers, vacuum-sealed fresh using our ProCryo method.

Keep life interesting with each rotation

So you get to experience all of the cow, but dont need a giant freezer to do it, we've created a rotation of boxes which are the equivalent of getting all the cuts of a entire cow over time. We call them boxes A, B, C and D. Fancy right?

• Rotation A: Scotch Fillet x2, Rump Steak, Eye Fillet, T-Bone x2, BBQ Steak x2, Roast, Topside, Round, Diced x3, Mince x4, Sausages x4
• Rotation B: Rump Steak x2, Eye Fillet, T-Bone x2, Blade Steak, Short Ribs, Topside, Round, Diced x3, Mince x4, Sausages x4
• Rotation C: Scotch Fillet x2, BBQ Steak x2, Roast, Topside, Round, Diced x2, Mince x4, Sausages x4
• Rotation D: Sirloin x2, T-Bone x2, Blade Steak, Roast, Topside, Round, Diced x3, Mince x4, Sausages x4

Your first box will be one of the above, and then will continue on in sequence.

Choose Your Size

• Half Share (approx 4.75kg): Half the cuts from one rotation. Perfect for smaller households or trying us out.
• Full Share (approx 9.5kg): A complete rotation of premium grass-fed cuts. Our most popular option.
• Double Share (approx 19kg): Two full rotations worth of cuts. Ideal for bigger families.

All beef is raised on open pastures by Your Farmer Certified ecological farmers - 100% grass fed and finished. No cheating, chemical-free, hormone-free, and GMO-free. Know where your food comes from and feel confident in every meal you serve your family.
