Grown for nutrition, not for size.
Other farmers farm for "big". We farm for nutrition - building rich, living soils that feed pasture, livestock and produce alike. It isn't just a nicer story; it measures differently on the plate.

KNOW YOUR FARMER
You deserve better than factory food.
Supermarket and marketplace food is built for the supermarket — not your family. Flavour and nutrition lose out to whatever grows fastest. The result? Dull taste, thin nutrition — and who really knows what goes in the sausages.
It started with one family
In 2011, David and Melissa Savill founded Your Farmer — selling direct to families so they could know the people who grew their food. That close connection let them grow low-fat, full-flavour meat that was as good for you as it was good to eat.
Now a network you can trust
Today the Savills are joined by other Southern Highlands family farms you know by name — bringing lamb, pasture-raised eggs, vegetables and honey alongside the original artisan beef, all sharing the same ecological vision.
EXPERT-VERIFIED
Every farm is personally verified to our ecological growing standard
Before any farm joins the network, founder David Savill — a credentialed ecologist (BSc Ecological Agriculture, Certified Soil Food Web lab technician, biodynamic farmer) — assesses it against the Your Farmer Certified standard: eight measurable outcomes covering soil, water, biodiversity, animal welfare and more. As the network grows, the promise doesn't change.

Three Simple Steps
It's time to trust your food again.
We work differently - good-different. Your Farmer is a win for you and a win for the farmer. That's the opposite of the supermarket model, where the retailer is the hero and you and the farmer both come second. Ours is a model with a name: Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA.

Frequently Grazed Queries
What is Your Farmer?
Your Farmer is the farmers' market, home-delivered. We're a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) business — meaning you partner directly with farmers, season by season, instead of buying from a supermarket middleman. Since 2011, we've sent eco-grown grass-fed beef and lamb, pasture-raised eggs, seasonal produce and honey from a small network of Southern Highlands family farms to families across NSW and the ACT, all within 150 km of our base. No middlemen. No anonymous cold chains. You know the farmer, the paddock, and the practice.
Who Runs Your Farmer?
Your Farmer was founded in 2011 by biodynamic farmers David Savill and Melissa Savill. They run the home farm in the Southern Highlands of NSW. David personally vets every farm in the network against eight ecological outcomes — living soils, water and catchment, biodiversity, ecosystem design, sustainability, social and cultural integration, animal welfare, and farmer wellbeing.
How does Your Farmer work?
Three steps: choose your box, customise it, we deliver. Browse our CSA shares or fixed packs, pick how often you'd like delivery, and our team brings it to your door in a reusable esky we collect next time. No couriers, no waste. Skip, pause or cancel anytime. Your first box is backed by our Taste-Love Guarantee, love it or get a full credit.
Can I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Skip a delivery, pause for any length of time, or cancel anytime — no contracts, no penalty. Subscribers save 10% on every box and your first box is covered by our Taste-Love Guarantee.
What's in a Your Farmer box?
Whatever your family loves. Choose grass-fed beef and lamb meat boxes, pasture-raised eggs from Ecolibrium Farm, eco-grown seasonal produce from Musset Holdings, raw honey, and (coming soon) biodynamic wines. Build a CSA share around the food you eat most, then add or skip extras month to month. Everything's individually packed so you grab what you need.
What does "eco-grown" actually mean?
Eco-grown is a measurable standard, not a label. Where organic checks what's NOT in your food, eco-grown measures what IS, eight ecological outcomes including soil biology, water and catchment, biodiversity, animal welfare, and farmer wellbeing. Every farm in our network is audited against the Your Farmer Certified standard. Beyond regenerative, surpassing organic.
How much does a Your Farmer box cost?
CSA boxes start from $145 a month, that's roughly $12–$14 per family meal, or $3–$4 per person. Less than a pizza night, infinitely more nourishing. Subscribers save 10% with our Subscribe & Save option, and delivery is free for subscribers on orders over $200. No lock-in, no contracts, skip or cancel anytime.
Where does Your Farmer deliver?
We deliver across NSW and ACT, every box travels under 150 km from our Southern Highlands farms to your door. Greater Sydney (1st weekend), Southern Highlands (2nd & 4th Saturdays), Wollongong & Nowra (2nd Sunday), Blue Mountains and Central Coast (alternating months), Canberra & Goulburn (2nd Saturday). Pop your postcode into checkout to see the next run for your area.
Is Your Farmer beef and lamb really 100% grass-fed and grass-finished?
Yes, every animal eats pasture, hay or silage only, from birth to harvest. No grain, ever. No feedlot finishing. No routine antibiotics, no hormones, no Bovaer®10. Our cattle are slow-grown to 24–30 months on ecologically managed pasture so the flavour properly develops, and independent lab tests verify the omega-3 ratios on the meat that lands on your table.
What makes Your Farmer different from supermarket meat or other meat box subscriptions?
Three things.
1. Our beef is 100% grass-fed for life — no grain finishing, no Bovaer, no antibiotics, no added hormones
2. Every farmer is named, David personally choses each one and you can meet them on Know Your Farmer. Second, every farm is audited against eight ecological outcomes (soil, water, biota, animal welfare and four more), most "regenerative" claims aren't.
3. We deliver in our own vans within 150 km of our farms, not on interstate trucks. Real food, real radius, real farmers.
