Who is the Steak King Beef Box best for?

Families and couples who do most of their meat on the BBQ or pan, and don't want to deal with mince and roasts in the same delivery. Also great as a gift or for entertaining, three premium cuts per box covers two dinners with friends. If you want a more balanced mix, the CSA Beef Share is the better starting point.

Is the Steak King grass-fed and grass-finished?

Yes, every cut. 100% grass-fed AND grass-finished from birth to harvest, slow-grown to 24–30 months on ecologically managed Southern Highlands pasture. No grain, no feedlot, no hormones, no Bovaer®10. The marbling is real, not added.

How should I cook a grass-fed steak so it doesn't end up tough?

Two rules. (1) Don't overcook it, grass-fed has less fat than grain-fed, so it cooks faster. Aim 4–6°C below your usual target temp. (2) Rest it properly, 5 minutes for a single steak, 10 for a thick cut. Hot pan, generous salt, oil the steak not the pan, flip every 30 seconds for an even crust.
