What's in the CSA Grass-Fed Beef Full Share?

Roughly 9.5kg of mixed cuts, a balance of steaks (rib eye, T-bone, rump or scotch fillet), a roast, mince, diced beef, and our preservative-free sausages. Cut breakdown shifts slightly each month based on what's been harvested, but you'll always get a mix that covers weeknight quick-cook through to slow-Sunday roast. Everything individually packed and ProCryo-frozen.

How does the CSA Beef Share work as a subscription?

You commit to a regular delivery (monthly is standard). We allocate a portion of each animal across our share members so nothing is wasted, nose-to-tail, every cut to a family who'll value it. Our half share gives $169.99 worth of beef for $152 (or $136.80 with Subscribe & Save 10%). Skip, pause or cancel any time, no lock-in.

How much beef does a CSA share feed and how long does it last?

Around 9.5kg of beef typically feeds a family of 4 for 2–3 weeks of meals, so most CSA Share households order monthly. Larger families or heavier meat-eaters often pair it with the Tucker Box or add a double share. Smaller households go for the half share. ProCryo-frozen and vacuum-sealed, it stores in your freezer for at least 12 months.

Can I customise what's in my CSA Beef Share each month?

Yes, log in to your account up to 5 days before delivery and add or swap items. Want more mince and less steak? Done. Want to add eggs and produce? Done. After cut-off your standard share rolls automatically so you never have to think about it.

What's the difference between the CSA Beef Share and the Steak King or Tucker Box?

The CSA Beef Share is the balanced family pack, a mix of cuts that covers weeknight cook-time through slow-Sunday roast. The Steak King leans premium steaks for the BBQ. The Tucker Box is the budget option, weighted toward mince and diced. The CSA Share is the most popular, and the one we'd recommend for most families starting out.

Is the CSA Beef Share grass-fed and grass-finished?

Yes, every cut. 100% grass-fed AND grass-finished from birth to harvest, on ecologically managed Southern Highlands pasture. No grain, no feedlot finishing, no hormones, no routine antibiotics, no Bovaer®10. Slow-grown to 24–30 months for proper flavour. ProCryo blast-frozen and vacuum-sealed.
