Keep life interesting with each rotation

So you get to experience all of the cow, but dont need a giant freezer to do it, we've created a rotation of boxes which are the equivalent of getting all the cuts of an entire cow over time. We call them boxes A, B, C and D. Fancy right?

Your first box will be one of the above, and then will continue on in sequence.

  • Half Share (4.5 to 5 kg): Half the cuts from one rotation. Perfect for smaller households or trying us out.
  • Full Share (9 to 10 kg): A complete rotation of premium grass-fed cuts. Our most popular option.
  • Double Share (18 to 20 kg): Two full rotations worth of cuts. Ideal for bigger families.

We pack every share to a set rotation of cuts from the whole animal. The cuts don't change, so the weight does. Most come in around 5 kg for a half share, 10 kg for a full and 20 kg for a double. When the animal's bigger, the extra is yours at no charge, and on a double share that can be an extra kilo or two. If a share ever came in under 4.5, 9 or 18 kg, we'd add extra cuts so you don't miss out.

All beef is raised on open pastures by Your Farmer Certified ecological farmers - 100% grass fed and finished. No cheating, chemical-free, hormone-free, and GMO-free. Know where your food comes from and feel confident in every meal you serve your family.

Our CSA shares are subscription only. The listed price reflects what the cuts cost individually, and as a subscriber you pay 10% less on every box. Any add-ons you include in your box get the same 10% off.

What's in the CSA Grass-Fed Beef Full Share?

9 to 10 kg of mixed cuts: steaks (scotch fillet, rump, T-bone, sirloin or eye fillet, depending on the box), a roast, mince, diced beef, and our preservative-free sausages. We pack to a set rotation of four boxes, A to D, so over four deliveries you work through the whole animal and always get a mix that covers weeknight quick-cook through to slow-Sunday roast. Everything individually packed and ProCryo-frozen.

How does the CSA Beef Share work as a subscription?

You commit to a regular delivery: monthly is standard, or every second month or quarterly. We allocate a portion of each animal across our share members so nothing is wasted, nose-to-tail, every cut to a family who'll value it. Shares are subscription only, and every box is 10% off the listed price. Skip, pause or cancel any time, no lock-in.

How much beef does a CSA share feed and how long does it last?

A full share (9 to 10 kg) typically feeds a family of 4 for 2–3 weeks of meals, so most CSA Share households order monthly. Larger families or heavier meat-eaters often add a Mince, Sausage and Diced Beef Pack or go for a double share. Smaller households go for the half share (4.5 to 5 kg). ProCryo-frozen and vacuum-sealed, it stores in your freezer for at least 12 months.

Can I customise what's in my CSA Beef Share each month?

Yes. Choose your sausage, mince and diced mix when you order, then log in to your account before the cut-off for your delivery weekend to add extras. Want to add eggs and produce? Done. After cut-off your standard share rolls automatically so you never have to think about it.

What's the difference between the CSA Beef Share and the Steak Box?

The CSA Beef Share is the balanced family pack, a mix of cuts that covers weeknight cook-time through slow-Sunday roast. The Grass-Fed Steak Box is steaks only, built for the BBQ. The CSA Share is the most popular, and the one we'd recommend for most families starting out.
