How it works: Select your quantity, tell us how you'd like it cut, and we'll prepare and deliver it vacuum-sealed using our ProCryo method for long-lasting freshness. Paddock-to-plate meat delivery, made simple.

Please note that we process these on demand, so allow 2-3 weeks from order to delivery so that we can process your order including the aging and packing process so its peak awesomeness!
