What's in the Pastured Eggs Family Pack?

The Family Pack is sized for households who go through eggs faster than a single dozen, typically 18 to 24 eggs depending on lay cycle. Same Ecolibrium Farm eggs, same true-pastured standards, just a pack size that suits family meal-rhythms better. Check the current listing for exact count.

Family Pack vs tray of 30, which one should I get?

Tray of 30 if you bake regularly, meal-prep, or have 4+ eaters. Family Pack if you want a step up from a single dozen but don't need 30 eggs to clear in a fortnight. The per-egg cost is best on the tray of 30, second best on the Family Pack, and a single dozen is the per-egg premium.

How fresh are the eggs when they arrive?

Eggs are typically packed within 3–7 days of being laid by Sam's hens at Ecolibrium Farm. Stored properly in the fridge from delivery, they stay fresh 4–6 weeks. Pastured-egg shells are stronger than commercial, they survive the trip beautifully.

Can I add the Family Pack to my CSA meat box delivery?

Yes, eggs are one of our most popular add-ons. Add them at checkout or log in before cut-off and they'll arrive in the same esky as your meat box. One delivery, one fee.
