Pastured lamb chump chops are a thick, juicy cut from the rump of the lamb. Excellent on the grill, barbecue, or pan-fried. Our grass fed lamb is raised on regenerative pastures with no chemicals and no feedlots.
Dry-aged for depth of flavour and sealed with our ProCryo vacuum-seal method for lasting freshness. Delivered paddock to plate as part of our ethical meat delivery service.

Shipping Information
We deliver our food direct from the farm in our own vans to your home. We have delivery zones across all of Greater Sydney, Wollongong and Nowra We'll be in touch after your order to schedule the next available date.
