Pastured lamb chump chops are a thick, juicy cut from the rump of the lamb. Excellent on the grill, barbecue, or pan-fried. Our grass fed lamb is raised on regenerative pastures with no chemicals and no feedlots.
Dry-aged for depth of flavour and sealed with our ProCryo vacuum-seal method for lasting freshness. Delivered paddock to plate as part of our ethical meat delivery service.

Shipping Information
We deliver direct from the farm in our own vans across Greater Sydney, the Southern Highlands, Wollongong and Nowra, Canberra and Goulburn. Each area has a set delivery weekend each month. See Where We Deliver for yours.
