Each cutlet is dry-aged for quality, then sealed using our ProCryo vacuum-seal method. Delivered from paddock to plate as part of our online butcher service.

Shipping Information
We deliver our food direct from the farm in our own vans to your home. We have delivery zones across all of Greater Sydney, Wollongong and Nowra We'll be in touch after your order to schedule the next available date.
